Nuru is an Associate in the firm focused on private limited liability companies and taxation. She assists clients at all stages of the business cycle, from incorporation to winding-up, ensuring all transactions are undertaken in a tax-efficient manner. She also assists our firm Clients keep track of their filing obligations in a very efficient manner. Nuru provides governance advice to clients and is experienced in drafting and recording Company meeting minutes, resolutions and shareholder agreements.

She also has experience dealing with the establishment and governance of charities and Non-Governmental Organisations (“NGO’s).
