Geoffrey’s practice focuses specifically on market entry and corporate financing. Geoffrey handles all legal aspects of financial or commercial transactions, such as reorganisations or acquisitions. He provides legal advice to lenders as well as borrowers. His involvement in transactional and financial matters includes due diligence, drafting and negotiation of loanor security agreements or other closing documents.
