Timothy is a Partner in our Land Transactions and Real Estate practice.  Timothy acts for numerous property developers in all aspects of development projects including acquisitions, dispositions, conveyancing, and subdivision of land.

He has experience negotiating and preparing development agreements such as easements, home owner’s guides, legislative rights of way, and covenants, as well as navigating municipal government administration systems.

Timothy advises foreign investors regularly on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate under all types of land tenure in Uganda. During his practice, Timothy has gained in-depth knowledge in handling transactions involving negotiating and successful closure of land acquisitions or dispositions involving statutory and local administration bodies.

He also advises Landlords and Tenants on condominium property law, leases, subleases, lease assignments and lease terminations, including preparation of standard form tenancy documents for shopping malls, office buildings and industrial developments. Timothy is also experienced in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions.
